This website presents an executive health coaching practice and allows visitors to book a free introductory call.

Paid coaching services are arranged separately after the introductory call. No payments are processed directly through this website.

4. Framer Analytics

This website uses Framer's built-in analytics service.

According to Framer, Framer Analytics does not use cookies or persistent identifiers and does not collect or store information that identifies individual website visitors.

To calculate daily unique visitors, Framer hashes the visitor's IP address and user agent using a secret value that changes daily. The resulting analytics information cannot, according to Framer, be traced back to an individual visitor.

5. Booking Introductory Calls with Calendly

Introductory calls can be booked using Calendly, a service provided by:

This website loads Calendly's widget script and stylesheet. The Calendly booking interface itself opens when you click a booking button.

If you choose to book a call, Calendly processes the information you submit through the booking form. This may include your name, email address, selected appointment time and any other information you voluntarily provide.

Calendly may also process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information and may use cookies or similar technologies.

The legal basis for processing the information you actively provide in order to arrange an introductory call is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, as the processing is necessary to take steps at your request before potentially entering into a contract.

Where consent is legally required for cookies or similar technologies, the legal basis is § 25(1) TDDDG together with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Calendly processes data in the United States. Calendly states that it participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Where applicable, international transfers may also be protected by Standard Contractual Clauses or other safeguards permitted under Chapter V GDPR.

6. Storage Periods

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or for as long as statutory retention obligations apply.

Booking information relating to an introductory call may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to arrange and follow up on the call.

If a contractual relationship follows, relevant information may be retained for longer where required for the performance of the contract, accounting, taxation or other legal obligations.

Where statutory commercial retention requirements apply, booking documents may generally need to be retained for eight years and business correspondence for six years.

Framer Analytics does not use cookies or persistent identifiers according to Framer.

Calendly may use cookies or similar technologies in connection with its booking service.

This website does not use Google Analytics or advertising pixels.

Under § 25 TDDDG, storing information on or accessing information from a user's device generally requires consent unless the storage or access is strictly necessary to provide a service expressly requested by the user.

8. Recipients of Personal Data

Personal data may be processed by service providers used to operate this website and provide the booking functionality, in particular:

  • Calendly LLC for appointment scheduling


Personal data may also be disclosed to professional advisers such as tax advisers or lawyers where necessary, or to public authorities where disclosure is required by law.

10. Providing Personal Data

You can visit and read this website without booking an introductory call.

If you choose to book a call through Calendly, certain information, such as your name and email address, is required to arrange the appointment.

There is no statutory obligation to provide this information. If you do not provide it, you will not be able to book an introductory call through the booking service.

11. Automated Decision-Making

No automated decision-making within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR that produces legal effects or similarly significant effects is carried out through this website.
