TOO GOOD

TO BE TRUE

In my early thirties, I felt like I was on top of the world, having achieved what I believed was greatness.

However, as time passed, I started to notice cracks in my perfect facade.

I realized that my life seemed too good to be true, and that my accomplishments may have been masking some deeper issues.

From the outside, it appeared as though my success was a straight run to the top, but on the inside, things were more complicated.

THE FALLOUT

The burnout first showed up while I was working on my 2nd business as a trainer for other executive coaches.

I was juggling between the two businesses, pushing for perfection, crumbling and overwhelmed by anxiety—while doing everything I could to ignore how terrible I felt.

Eventually, my body was fed up with my 'can do' attitude, and I started getting panic attacks in the middle of the night.

I knew I could never be the “great” coach and entrepreneur I was striving so hard to become if my sleep was so messed up and if panic attacks could paralyze me any second of the day.

I freaked out. In desperation, I researched every waking minute online, bought all books on the subject and implemented everything that was suggested.

The good news: it worked very fast, until it didn't!

I thought I had fixed my issues. I was meditating, taking more breaks, eating healthier, writing gratitude lists and working with another coach weekly.

Unfortunately, the panic attacks came back and with them tons of other symptoms. 

Now, I've had anxiety all day, panic attacks at night, terrible sleep, brain fog, neck pain, back pain, pelvic pain and the list just kept getting longer.

To top it all off, I've experienced several major losses within a few months. First, my 6-year relationship fell apart. Then I lost my greencard due to an attorney error and had to leave the US within weeks of notice. And when I was settled back in Germany, I've also lost the two businesses I had built with a partner from scratch.

I've finally reached the bottom.

UNRAVELLING

THE MYSTERY

Now that I've pretty much lost everything I've had built for myself painstakingly over many years of hard work and sacrifice, I finally had time to relax, let go and take care of my health.

Over the years it took me over $100,000+ to figure out what was happening to me and how to get back on my feet.

Instead of giving up and accepting my fate, I spent months (with the little energy I had) researching, testing, trying things, and getting extensive health education and coaching.

Even though I made continuous progress, I also experienced a lot of setbacks. Setbacks that didn't make any sense to me.

At some point I hit a plateaux and was just running in circles. No matter what I tried, I just couldn't progress.

As the months went by, I've kept experimenting with new methods, approaches, therapists, coaches and healers.

Eventually, I had my light bulb moment. I connected the dots and finally had clarity on what was missing.

 

MY ROAD TO

RECOVERY

Once I fully understood my personal root causes, I was able to focus all of my energy on the two main causes of MY personal condition. And voila I made another huge leap towards full health and energy. Then it was just a matter of patience and committing to a few daily practices.

My symptoms were gone, and…I was not only back to being my old self, I was a much better. much healthier, much more sustainable self. I was full of energy, ready to take on the world and to rebuild what was lost.

The rest led me here… to helping men like YOU beat burnout and its many 'faces' (e.g. CFS/ME, Fibromyalgia, Burnout, Adrenal Fatigue, Anxiety, Depression, Panic and PTSD) so you can get your energy, health and ultimately life back!
